Background and Research Interests

During my undergraduate education, I worked in various industries such as medical device coatings, semiconductors, adhesives, and transportation safety. My current research interests are leveraging data and machine learning to accelerate the development of new materials. I am currently working in collaboration with UChicago, and Argonne National Laboratory on the NSF ‘Model Gardens’ grant to develop and curate ML models which will be linked with data and computing resources for users to deploy in their own research studies.
