Background and Research Interests

During my PhD, I used density functional theory to study the catalytic properties of proton-form zeolites, factors affecting the synthesis of zeolites, and the structure and behavior of Rh supported on alumina during NOx reduction. I’m interested in studying zeolites and single-atom metal catalysts further using higher throughput methods and learning about how faster screening methods can identify promising materials for catalysis.
