Background and Research Interests
I have previously explored amyloid research in wet labs, nanothermodynamics in cleanrooms, protein design with unsupervised learning tools, and purely mathematical approaches to deriving chemical reaction networks. I am fascinated by self-assembly and multi-scale simulation, which has drawn me to DFT, MD, and coarse-graining methods. Currently looking at how we can add machine learning to accelerate simulation .
