Background and Research Interests
During my PhD, I developed deep-learning-enabled probabilistic inference and generative modeling methods for knowledge discovery. I have also worked on enhancing the interpretability and safety aspects of knowledge discovery. My current research interests focus on developing machine learning methods for the sampling problems in material science and biology.
